Product at great price. Delivery was a bit slow.

I knew exactly what I needed, researched the best price, and I ordered very specific memory for my server. Memory Suppliers processed my order, including an "extra" charge for expedited shipping. All would have been fine, had I received the memory they advertised, that I ordered, that they indicated they were shipping, that they charged me for, and that I paid for.

However, I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. Memory Suppliers shipped me the wrong memory. When I contacted them and asked for a refund, they told me I would have to PAY return shipping cost to get the wrong memory that they sent to me, sent back to them.

When I complained that I didn't feel it right that I should have to pay return shipping for their mistake, they sent me a return email indicating they'd reimburse me the shipping costs.

Although I have received confirmation that they received the returned memory, and confirmation that they credited my card with the purchase price of the memory I returned, I have not received credit for shipping charges that I incurred as a result of their mistake. I have sent multiple emails requesting that they honor their stated intent to reimburse me for these shipping costs, they have completely ignored my communications.

Basically, the sum total of my experience with Memory Suppliers is that I am out-of-pocket for shipping, and return shipping costs, for memory they shipped me in error. That's a pretty poor way to treat a customer.

Memory Suppliers are very competitive.

The method of shipping, standard ground USPS, lived up to the full 10 day expected delivery time. In fact, I was picking up the phone to try and track the shipment on the 11th day when it was actually delivered.

The product and price were both exceptional

I recently made a purchase for the first time from Memory Suppliers. A friend suggested the site and said it was very user friendly. I had tried others but became confused by all of the options. The Memory Suppliers website was easy to follow and understand as well as having great prices and fast shipping. I feel like I have found a company that handles their business and customer service the "old fashioned" way. Thank you so much for a great shopping experience.

I have used Memory Suppliers on several occasions and have been extremely satisfied with the service and products. As a Mac user, it seems quite a bit of research has to be done prior to speaking with sales reps. Not unusual and the web pages make the research easy. Tech support and sales have both been helpful. When I received a bad memory stick, a RMA was quickly issued. I wait to see if my solution to get the new stick faster by buying a new stick and returning the old for crediting my Cred Card. I know it will be successful and imagine it was done in a timely manner.I will continue to use and recommend Memory Suppliers for myself and my clients.
