Writing this after 3 months ownership of a custom HTPC from MediaPC4U.

Thoroughly excellent. I was nervous about ordering an expensive item like this on line but Aleks went out of his way to help, from lengthy discussion of the spec I needed to assisting me with tech issues after delivery.

The sales service was equally excellent. Good communication, product arrived on time, well packed and worked out of the box. If you are after a custom built Media PC but don't have the time or knowledge to do it yourself I strongly recommend paying the premium to get MediaPC4U to do it for you. You will not be disappointed.

Good service from start until the end. Have been using the media pc now for about a week and it performs really well. I have it next to the tv about 10-12 feet away from where I sit and you can not hear it even when the tv is off, you need to be about 2 feet away to hear a faint fan noise in a silent room. I bought the mpc4050 upon a recommendation of a friend who also has the same model.

Had to return the PC three times First the wrong machine turned up then when i got the machine i ordered as it was rebooting without warning every 1/2 hour or so, mediapc4u changed most of the components in the 3 months it went back and forth, Upon the 3rd time getting the machine back the problems started again... periodic reboots without warning, I left mediapc4u a message and the call was not returned so gave up on them.

Shame as initially they were very helpful..

I ended up calling a friend who was an expert in hardware configuration. He fixed the machine by changing the BIOS settings; this is something mediapc4u failed to do. In all it has taken 3 months to get a stable machine.

So in synopsis: Good customer service "to a point" Helpful and no fuss returns fix policy. But clearly they have not matched the components very well and they don't know how to configure the machines properly

Good communication throughout the process. Only thing that let it down was that they said they would send a tracking number but I never got that. However given that the delivery was very quick that was hardly an issue. Would usevagain without hesitation.

Excellent company to deal with,the speed with which the order was despatched amazing.Would definitely use them again. KEEP up the good work.

After looking for over 2 weeks & being contact with Asus themselves I finally tracked down the brand new P series barebone & I must say its deffently the best yet although their are a couple of points I must make.

1) Asus for some strange reason have removed S/PDIF-out (Optical Output) but the connection is still their on the motherboard.

2) Do not use the CPU fan that comes with the CPU. This system has its own CPU fan that uses the provided specially designed funnel to keep even the maxed out I7 core cool.

Overall & even though I am still stumped over why they left the connection on the board for digital output but then not actully use it I would still rate this Barebone system 4/5. By far the best P series yet.

Excellent and responsive customer services and a good product.

The PC was built quickly and shipped ahead of their original estimated time.

Ordered a MPC4020 with various upgrades from standard. Got all that was ordered after some excellent pre-sales support from Aleks. Arrived on time and was easy to set up, although took about a week to get everything tuned to me preferences. Some issues with TV card were sorted by the ever patient Aleks. Still liaising with him on some fine tuning but overall very happy.

My previous media centre passed away after 6 years of intensive use, but these guys got me a very neat, smooth running new mediacentre PC. The pre-sale advice was excellent, I got friendly support afterward and the delivery was well in time of the guided period. Great suggestion to put a solid state drive in there!.. love it, heavy applications like Photoshop start up within a second. Jeroen

We needed these specific low profile video cards next day and unfortunately ordered them late in the afternoon by which time a lot of suppliers would have said that next day delivery was impossible. Mediapc4u were able to deliver the right product at the right price and on time. We were extremely impressed.
