only sent out when I had chased in Jan with apologies

Then sent wrong quantity in an old jiffy bag with scrawl on it.

Phoned to complain - no responses, as yet.

Now emailed in the vain hope of a reply........

I have wasted my time with this company and have been embarrassed in not being able to get the goods I ordered to my friend who is waiting for them. I paid on 30th Dec and have still not sorted my order out yet.

Personally I will NEVER use them again.

Brilliant Site and easy to navigate. Also the telephone help I got to help me find my cartridges was fantastic and the guy on the phone really know what he was on about.

Delivery was super fast, got my goods in less than 24 hours. Hard to find an online retailer who provides such great service nowadays. Top notch. Recommend to everyone

I had previously ordered these cartridges from PLAY.COM and CARTRIDGE SAVE, but unfortunately, although both Websites showed these items as in stock, PLAY seemed to have difficulty in sorting out printer cartridges from model car kits and CARTRIDGE SAVE have ceased to carry these items.

I thought it best to go to the manufacturers of these items instead and found the MEDEA DIRECT website. It is a nice and neat Website, which is very easy to navigate. The PRESS IT cleaner cartridges were easy to find, but were more expensive than displayed on the other two websites, but more importantly, the items were in stock and ready to dispatch.

The log in and/or registration process is very simple and the checkout process straightforward.

The items were received the next day, which was excellent and were well packaged and sent recorded delivery, giving peace of mind that the items will not just be left somewhere on the property, meaning I would be likely to buy more expensive products in future.

Overall, a good shop and I would definitely use them again.
