Rang up MacPlaza to ask about their OSX software - first off it's an english person and not an overseas person ! Secondly, they knew their stuff and very very helpful advising me. Placed the order and within a few days the OSX arrived safely. What more can one ask from a supplier ? Would I use again - definitely! Will it be my first port of call? Yes.

Absolutely fantastic, much cheaper than other online retailers. Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

When Apple announced their latest update I realised that I had bypassed two updates. I read an unofficial review online telling me what to do, but I had my doubts. I did manage to track down what I thought I needed at MacPlaza, but I didn't now who they were. Before spending my money at a random provider, I checked them out on StreetMap to see if I could see them (I couldn't) but as i needed it I decided to email. If I had just done that first I would have saved a lot of time.

We had a brief email exchange, and then a phone call all so they could help me solve my problem. This included them doing some research to check that what they were selling would work. They did this without me asking for it. They did it because I felt they really cared about me and solving my problem.

After ordering the package arrived promptly and I was able to install it easily.

A couple of days later Macplaza even followed up to check that I had managed this and that it had solved my problem.

I am not someone prone to recommending people or companies, because I can normally find fault all too easily. Macplaza is different. Even though I bought the software months ago, their excellent service stuck in my mind. I hope someone somewhere reads this and buys something from them, so I can feel I did my part in helping Macplaza build their business and grow their customer base.

A reliable and efficient service supported by an excellent knowledge of Macs and all Apple products. So if you're after a Mac or an accessory then you really cannot go wrong.

I was looking for a 1TB Apple Time Capsule and found this store on Google. Not used them before but everything looked professional and their blog convinced me they were Mac experts. The price was good, the item in stock, so ordered the Time Capsule and paid with Visa. They take PayPal as well. It arrived by UPS, the brown van people, the next day. They sell new and used Mac gear but the Time Capsule was new. Unpacked it, connected it to the network and we now have Time machine backing up all the macs on our home network. Solution solved. Would I use them again? Indeed I will.
