I have ordered a laptop screen replacement no screen , no email but they take the money. do not use it

Overpriced Appalling Service Avoid
Ordered replacement laptop screen. After a week they emailed to say not in stock could they send a substitute. WHen I replied No, they said "Tough we've sent it anyway". Unable to then reach returns dept as instructed on website. After several months trying to reach them, I eventually had to claim money back through VISA chargeback process direct with bank. At least I found another supplier who had screen in stock for half the price.

This company should be shut down .
i am still awaiting my screen three weeks after first receiving an incorrect model and despite being informed that all was good and new order in the post.
i have now logged 12 mails trying to get a satisfactory response
