No Goods, No Response
I ordered a replacement part for a laser printer. The only confirmation I had was from PayPal, indicating payment made. No goods have arrived. They do not respond to any of the e-mails I have sent over the last weeks. I now start a refund process through PayPal (time limit by them is 180 days). I hope this will reclaim my expenses and possibly put them on a black list with PayPal, eventually.

The only accept payment in advance. They don't deliver what you order. They don't answer your e-mail. You can't get in touch with them in an other way than on their web-form on their site.

Be Aware
They give a delivery term of 3-8 work days. I'am now waiting fore ten days and still no delivery. No reaction on mails i sent. I think this is a company you should be aware with. It seems doubtful. I'am still hoping for my delivery.
Today I received finally my order. (much too late) Still no reaction on my mails. Costumer service is, in my opinion, poor at least they could answer the mail. This is not professional.
I hope now the quality of the toner is better then the delivery time.

This Shop Is Fraud!!
Ordered product was old and used and very dirty. Some parts were missing. I complained and they just deleted my account from their shop without any reply to my questions.
Same guy is running more on-line shops, be aware!
