Absolutely brilliant customer service. I have always bought a Kaspersky product but this year chose the internet security which was new to me. I received my code but could not load it onto the PC. I contacted the Kaspersky store and they were very helpful with links to get going but I still couldn't do it.

The Kaspersky store were amazing they remotely helped me. The old protection had to be removed which was why I had struggled. They were so kind and patient with my slow computer and me. I will definitely be recommending them and using them again not only for an excellent priced product but especially for superb customer service. A 5 star service!!!!

I contacted KIS by email as I saw that you could get kaspersky security from them at half the price of kaspersky lab. within 2 hours I had a reply and then ordered the next day within 1 hour I had got an email with all the details on how to load,install and activate.I had already had kaspersky for over 10 years so all I had to do was type in my key code and I was up and running with it straight away. Thank you KIS will use you again.

Tried other security products but Kaspersky just does what it has to without interfering. And the reply’s from the store are courteous and kind. A very good experience. I would recommend it to everyone. Didn’t know there was auto renew on but the team at the KIS store sharp sorted it.

Easy Paypal purchase and links to download and installation , went without a hitch although I had to uninstall other (Bitdefender almost time expired) program first.

Cheapest available single use product I could find, emailed me the product code promptly (less than 12 hours) and very happy. I would recommend to anyone looking for a reasonably priced Kaspersky Total Security Product.
