Wrong Item Delivered
I ordered a DVD drive (and cable) from ITX Warehouse. It arrived promptly, but the DVD drive was tray loading (it had been described as slot loading). The people at customer service would not agree to refunding the cost of returning the item, until I sent them a copy of the distance selling regulations from the OFT. However they never did refund the cost of postage, so I was left out of pocket for their incompetance.
