Brought a Dell monitor. Delivery was on time and than later on had an issue with the product and the person I dealt with from it-supplier really helped me to get that resolved.

I ordered an HP microserver and got it delivered two days later, although they had received a lot of orders as a cashback offer was running out.

Customer services replied very quickly whenever I had a question about my order. I was missing the invoice initially, but they were able to resolve this very quickly and professionally.

I placed my order online just after 3pm and received it the following day as promised. About two weeks later I discovered 1 out of the 5 HP servers I ordered was faulty as it wouldn't power up. I reported the issue to Buy-HP support and they sent me an advanced replacement the very next day. I chose Buy-HP initially because they offered the lowest price for the servers I needed. However, I will use them again next time regardless of pricing as their customer service is absolutely fantastic.

My delivery was delayed but when I contacted them they chased it up immediately and got it sorted out, even refunded the delivery charges(to be fair they were for next day delivery).

I would say all in all great service and prices hard to beat.

I ordered an HP Z1, and turned up really fast plus they answered some questions about expanding the memory and the different options. Fast delivery and personal service, I would definitely use buy-hp.com again.

Discovered Buy-hp.com on the google shopping search, they appeared as the cheapest which caught my attention, then I contacted them, and the speedy response was highly encouraging. I generated several questions which they answered over email and live chat and therefore I decided to purchase from them. Service was marvelous, and I will surely use them again. Pleasure to work with these guys. I try them again next time for some networking equipment I need, and see how they fare. Will report back.
