Very good service, very helpful in resolving issues relating to the equipment I chose which turned out to be wrong. Totally satisfied, though website should have informed me that items I ordered together first time around were incompatible.

Delivery supposed to be in 3 to 4 days, but it's happened to be on the next day!!!!

I ordered a digital camera ready for me going away in plenty of time, waited....waited.....waited..... never came. contacted them, which took me a week to do as it wouldnt let me log in, then they said, its out of stock. but it said in stock when i ordered and they took my money.

Efficient ordering process online, large order of computers arrived next working day.

However, one machine or 6 was Faulty, IT247 informed immediately. Took several emails and loads of phone calls to get an email response for a return for the DOA computer.

Only to be now told its not their problem but the manufacturer (HP) of the computer.

Be Wary if you have a DOA computer, they appear to wash their hands of the problem once they have the order.

Looks like they need to be made aware of the Sale of Good Act and distance selling rules.

A good price isn't worth the hassle if the customer service isn't up to much

Delivery was early, during Xmas/New Year Holiday period took only 2 days!

Printer worked first time straight out of the box: the assembly instructions were clear and in plain English, had no trouble downloading driver for Windows 7 from HP website, pressed the print button and it worked first time and every time since on print, scan & copy.

Replaced a Canon laser printer a year old which had been a real pain.

Only info missing was capacity of toner cartridges supplied with machine - Black was empty after about 100 sheets so order replacement with machine.

Great machine for small office at about half price.

Having ordered this popular Samsung TV from a rival they failed to deliver and I was left with an urgent requirement due to a delivery deadline. Shopped around online and those with stock charged large (no surprise there) whilst the cheaper prices flagged up no-stock - except IT247.

This was a large enough ticket item and not having heard of them before I did continue my search, but in the end trusted to providence and placed the order, which went through straight away (on a Sunday) and the goods arrived on Tuesday AM via the next day premium service.

Great service and IT247 saved the day, so would recommend and will use again myself.

Excellent service. I asked for a copy of the invoice early and got it although I later found out within 2 days its available on the website in my account. They got back to me about the invoice very quickly.
