I spoke to their sales team on Friday who guaranteed me Saturday delivery of the server I needed, for a premium.

I placed the order, which was for a server to replace a failed one which the client wanted replacing with like-for-like and I promised the client I could have it in place by Saturday evening based on IMLDirect's promised delivery.

A member of staff waited in all day Saturday for delivery (and to get the server up and running and installed at the client's premises) but it never showed and IMLDirect hadn't even put the tracking info on the order, which in itself would have saved my staff 9 plus wasted hours.

IMLDirect's phone lines all rang out during the day Saturday as well and emails were unanswered, so as expected I assume that they had shut up shop for the weekend.

On the Monday morning, I spoke to IMLDirect who confirmed that the server had been sent NEXT BUSINESS DAY rather than SATURDAY DELIVERY as paid for.

I guess ultimately if your a consumer who can wait days for something you needed next day then it would be okay, but as a Business 2 Business only supplier, timing can be of the essence and despite promises it is clear that they cannot deliver upon them reliably.

I had some pre-sales queries about product compatibility, which were dealt with by speaking to a customer service advisor on Imldirect’s live chat function. This meant that when I purchased the C7974A, which arrived the next day, I knew that is was compatible with my AK378A and that if I needed any more support I could easily contact them again. I would highly recommend this company, and the product, do not be put off about asking for help on the live chat function if you have any questions.

I needed some GLC-SX-MM's urgently after my usual supplier let me down. I was a bit hesitant at first as IML were £30 cheaper than my usual supplier, and I know there is a lot of Grey kit circulating around, but when I called them up to query this, they put my mind at ease. I placed the order and received the goods next day via Fed Ex. My Cisco kit was brand new and included a warranty. Very good service and shall be using them again!

I had a hard drive go down on me and needed one urgently.

I went on to Google and found IML Direct.

They had the drive's in stock and at a great price!

Put the order through and they arrived bright and early the next morning with UPS!

Will definately be using them again...
