I've been looking to get a sumvision cyclone for a while when i saw they had the new version 3 one sale, Order within free delivery and it arrived 3 days later, Works a treat and i'm well impressed.

Ordered a Sumvision Cyclone from them on 18th July.After a week I called to ask regarding delivery as I had not received it.

They said to ask at the sorting office and post office which I did.Nothing there.

Was then advised to wait 15 days for delivery... odd to say seeing as though I had paid for Royal Mail Tracked delivery.

Guess what .After 15 days still no sign so contacted them via online form, and was told they would send me a form to fill in so they could launch a claim against Royal Mail.They also asked me not to leave negative feedback as they are a small firm. ER AFTER THE SERVICE YOU PROVIDE THERES NO WAY YOU ARE HAVING POSITIVE FEEDBACK!!

At this time I contacted Consumer Direct who told me that under the selling regulations I was entitled to a full refund, which I asked for and was told that after 30 days had passed this should be actioned immediately.

What was the response from IMPACT-COMPUTERS ?. Nothing except to say they are still waiting for Royal Mail.

I pointed out the fact they were breaking the Law ignoring Selling regulations and said I wanted a full refund immediately.

They failed to respond to any emails and online forms sent, and theres no way to contact them without using a premium rate 0870 number.

3 days later... result... the money has been refunded but not without a fight... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you expect to be treat like a wanted customer.Hopefully nobody else will have to go through an experience like I had with them.

I ordered reconditioned cartridges for my HP laser jet printer having used reconditioned cartridges before. I couldn't remember who I had bought from previously so looked on Play.com. Impact computers offered the lowest price and I ordered. They delivered on time and the cartridges all work, however I would caution against them if you are looking to produce printing of any quality. The colours are not as strong as with the previous cartridges and I was quite disappointed. I only print items for me to read so it doesn't matter too much if colours are out so didn't complain, but I will try another company next time.

Ordered on Friday before delivery cut off for Monday delivery. Received an email on the Tuesday to say dispatched with a tracking number that doesn't work and 3 days later and 3 emails later I've received no toner and no reply to emails. Tried calling them and nobody answers the phone. BE VERY CAREFUL ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY.

I ordered 4 HP 100 Grey Ink Cartridges on 21st July using PayPal. On 26th July queried delivery and was told "Due for dispatch today" 9th August queried again and was told "Sorry for the delay with this order, Due to a system error with our new website the order was missed. I have put a new order on your system for you, this will be dispatched tomorrow" 20th Aug after no delivery queried again. No reply and the next thing I knew was I had been refunded my money to PayPal with no message of explanation or reason.

I now doubt that they had it in stock in the first place. very poor customer service, answering machine phone number.

Would not touch again with a barge - pole!

I ordered 8 ink cartridges Dec.31st, New Year's Eve(!), and received them first thing on January 3rd!. Amazing, despite Bank Holidays, etc. I am very impressed with their of prompt email communication for tracking and processing, and then final dispatch. Well done, too, to Royal Mail.

They are dependable.

They dont smudge.

They are cheap.

The pigments are strong... you dont get like a faded red, or pinkish colour when using red.

Now that I have left the UK, I cannot get them in South Africa.. I would be gratefull if someone could tell me how I can get them... please comment me, well recommend Projet Compatible Ink Cartridges.
