Like some others on this site I was rather sceptical given the excellent price offered on the laptop was looking to buy (HP 840 G1). And wondered if the reviews I found online were fakes because they were so positive. But no - their customer service was fantastic: there was a problem processing my payment - entirely my fault - and they were diligent, efficient, and attentive in following it up and helping get it resolved. Less than 24 hours later I had my laptop. I honestly cannot recommend these guys highly enough.

The prices are fantasic, however £10 for next day delivery would be fine, IF it was delivered next day not 3 days later because someone at their end put the wrong postcode down. When I complained, I was offered £10 off my next order, which given circumstances, will not be soon.

The customer service is excellent. Delivery was very quick. I will be using these guys again and i would highly recommend them to anybody.

We bought 8 x HP X121 Transceivers at 3.30pm and they were delivered next morning by 9am. This is fantastic service. These people work hard to make sure you get what you want as rapidly as possible.

I spoke to Paul who took a complex requirement from me (that I barely understood myself) and converted everything into part numbers (mainly from memory!) and a few minutes later I had a quote that couldn't be beaten.

Obviously I had to quiz these guys on how they manage to do this, turns out they have been supplying servers on a huge scale for many years. It's nice to have the balance between sales and technical when you're in need and I've just found my new HP supplier. The web store is also a small piece of the pie when you find out what these guys are capable of. Great work guys... Top Marks!
