I purchased a laptop battery and when I received it, it would not charge. I contacted them so that I could return the battery and get a refund. They wanted for me to pay a 30% restocking charge as well as cover the cost for posting it back to Hemini and on top of that cover the cost of Hemini to post it back to their international supplier.

They are very abrupt on the phone and just want to fob you off.

Lenovo should undertake a review of their resellers before recommending.

We returned an item due to it being faulty and it was signed for by Hemini, which has been confirmed by Parcel2go. I spoke to a chap who stated that I was lying and that if I was every to come to site to speak in person to him in an attempt to resolve the issue I would be trespassing on his property.

I have also been refused my request to speak to the companies managing director.

This company has truly appalling customer care skills and should be avoided. We spend around £100,000 a year on computers and have in the past always used Dell, we will be going back, he has told me he does not want my business.

I discovered Hemini Plc when loookng for a new laptop and i must say i was spoilt for choices and great deals. After purchasing the laptop, which arrived 2 days after i orderd it as promised, I have used Hemini for all my computer related goods. Their products are top of the brand stuff and it is worth mentioning the service is excellent with staff offering valuable advice and also the website is easy to navigate around to find what I'm looking for.
