I live in Florida and was referred to them by a friend who gave him rave reviews. I had the issue for three weeks and had countless people working on the issue. It was never resolved and after the 3rd week called him in NY. He came into my computer and fixed it all within 3 hours.

I liked the price, the length of time it took him to resolve the problem, the fact that a stranger didn't have to come to my home, I had a direct line to my tech and he constantly communicated with me throughout the entire fix.

I was able to watch everything he was doing so when we weren't on the phone I was still comfortable with him being in my computer.

I had issues with popups, viruses and I'm sure much more. My computer was slow for a while and I had buttons that would popup with a note on em. I called the company and the tech walked me through all the steps needed. My problem was solved in a matter of hours and I didn't have to lug the computer around.

I liked that I was able to get a repair as soon as calling. I'm not sure if that's a standard thing with this company but thought it was wonderful. Total time to resolve whatever needed to be done was a couple of hours.

He did have to restart and in doing so he would call and I was able to check on the computer for him. It wasn't a hassle as it saved me over a hundred dollars when I fixed it the conventional way.

Overall I had a great experience and thank them for their help.
