I ordered a Philips sports headset Via Play. the shipment arrived in supper quick time.

Unfortunately the wrong item was shipped.

I contacted etradeComputers via play and quickly received a response.

This was an error on Play's part due to a listing issue. My money was immediately refunded with their apologies.

Although this was not the perfect shopping experience etradecomputers handled themselves above par. It is when things go wrong (as time to time they will, that's life) a company shows its true worth.

Received notification of dispatch at 9.26pm on the Tuesday evening...................goods actually arrived this morning!!! It doesn't get much better than that!

Excellent delivery service

Have only recently started using product and it is looking very good so far.

Not much I can say except the item arrived the next day, it was well packed and communication was superb. Price was good as it saved me a good £150 on the normal retail price. Will definitely use again.

I was looking for a specific printer, and after looking at ebay & many websites, with the promise of next day delivery which was vital, I deceided on etrade.
