I Orderd A Digital Radio From Digital Electro.the
I orderd a digital radio from Digital Electro.The money was taken by WorldPay instantly,but the radio has failed to arrive. Phone calls and e mails are unanswered. This site is not genuine. Do not part with your cash. Lancashire Trading Standards are investigating,and my complaint has been forwarded to the police for obtaining money by deception. Don't be fooled by the plausible website.

I ordered my MP3 player, using my credit card (thank goodness) and i have also not yet received anything. I rang and spoke to a helpful person before I ordered it and he was very reassuring. Since then, they will not return my emails to their online form, or return answer phone messages. I have tried emailing their complaints email address but i only get an "undeliverable" message!. The strange thing is, my friend ordered from this site a while ago and received her MP3 player- which is why i went with it!.

Had a similar experience with Digital Electro. Ordered an mp3 player. Money was taken the same day. They sent me a faulty player. Ignored numerous emails & phone calls till I got consumer complaints involved. Then I was sent a returns code which is needed to return goods. I returned the player the same week. But still no sign of a refund. It's been 2 months now. I have now got Trading Standards involved and if the refund is still not forthcoming, then I plan to take legal action.
I wish I'd seen some of the reviews here before I purchased anything from them. Would NEVER recommend them!

The same thing happened to me, I paid Digital Electro £125 for an MP3 Player, they took the money out of my account almost immediately and made no rush in replying to my phonecalls or emails. Apparently its "in the post" and I'm still waiting for their apparent 'Special Delivery'. I'm in the process of applying to consumer complaints. Does anyone know how long it took to get a refund, any refunds? Or how long it took customer complaints to sort out cases if anyone applied?

Same here! I ordered 2 MP3 players from Digital Electro. The money was taken straight away, and I never received the players.
They ignored both telephone messages and emails, and I only got a refund after I involved consumer complaints.
After I had confirmation from consumer complaints that they would deal with Digital Electro, I emailed Digital Electro straight away & informed them via email & received a refund within the hour.
I also let consumer complaints know this.
