Positives: the website was easy to use and browse, great deal of choice should you be a student or looking for a home computer, lots of detail about the items for sale, fairly easy to compare against others by yourself, very pleased with the product I bought in the end.

Only real negative I had is that I was told it would be next day delivery and it came 2 days late, otherwise I can't fault the service (but it was bank holiday weekend so that could have affected the postal service).

If customise my pc has the laptop your after for a better price don't be put off just because it's not well known, the service overall is very good and one purchase could aid this promising business.
