I originally phoned up Cool and Quiet to find out some simple information about a PSU and wasn't even considering buying anything that day. But after I'd spoken to one of the tech guys they gave me so much confidence and information that I decided to go ahead and buy it there and then!

I ordered the PSU and it arrived the next day, very well packaged and was also given a tracking number so I could track it online.

There service was second to none and I will be using them in the future. I noticed there deals too and will be keeping my eye on their Special Offers in the future as they had some stonkers that day.

If they could improve one thing it would be that I would like to order over the phone but unfortunately they didn't have this option. It's an online purchase only, not a massive hassle though and woiuldn't deter me from buying in the future.

Firstly, it is impossible to get a hold of anyone.

I ordered the product, all the payments went through, I got a payment confirmation email and an order confirmation email.

But I find out a week and a half later when I try to find out why I still haven't recieved my product that they cancelled the order, no reason why, no explanations and after 3 days of constant emailing and attempting to ring to talk to someone, I am still no closer to knowing why the order was cancelled.

Do not order from Cool and Quiet, they will cancel your order, not let you know and not give you a reason why.

Ordered from Cool and Quiet a few days ago and I'm happy to say that the items which I bought were delivered next day by Parcelforce.

The website is very easy to use, categorised and sufficient information is displayed on all products. I had a few questions regarding the PC case which I was going to buy and the support I received was great. I had an email response within an hour. Checkout was fast and I had up to date emails every step of the way which is more than most PC sites give you.

There is a live stock count on the products which makes things so much easier before purchasing and they have a flat rate delivery of around £7 which was good as overall my goods totalled over 20KG!

All round excellent service. Recommended 100%
