I think this company is a hoax, ordered from them and never recieved any product and when a refund was requested I was abused down the phone by some man and told that my order had been cancelled.

Never buy from here.

I ordered an item at 8pm Thursday evening and paid £10 for next day delivery, I expected delivery on Saturday.

On Monday TNT tried to deliver the item but I was at work so I immediately rang them at 6pm to have the item redelivered to my work address which TNT organised. Nothing arrived Tuesday but at 4pm I got a phone call from Comtronics asking me to confirm the item could be delivered to my work address I confirmed this and was promised delivery on Wednesday. Nothing arrived on Wednesday I twice rang comtronics to ask for an update and was twice promised an email with a tracking number which never arrived.

It is now a week since I ordered the product paying for next day delivery, a very amateur company with poor systems. The people seem very pleasant on the phone but don't follow through. I'm going to request a refund tomorrow and but it from PC World!

There are no t&c's, p&p info or returns policy on the website and as I paid with PayPal there shouldn't be a problem reclaiming the money.

Tip, shop with a more established company who know what they're doing!
