I was really excited to find out that because I'm a student I could get Windows 7 at a discount. I just had to fax in my student ID, but customer service was really helpful when I called and I got my package really fast after I ordered. I definitely see myself purchasing from them again!

Just got off the phone with Computer Products for Education. I was interested in making a purchase and because of the poor customer service I feel I received, they convinced me my money would do better elsewhere. And this is even though the item that I was looking for, which it seems they had, has been VERY difficult to find. Since this item has been difficult to find and something in their description was a bit off (even though the title was correct) I asked the customer service rep that if this ended up being the incorrect item (it was a size issue, large or extra large, which would be clearly stated ON the item) would they pay for the return shipping. They told me if it was the wrong item (their mistake) that I would have to pay return shipping fees. And that they could not find out if it was the correct item because there was a 'low profit margin' for them. Real nice.Also - part of the reason that I called is because when I put the item into my 'cart' it kept downloading onto my computer and the 'cart' is non-functional.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company. The prices are good, but the merchandise is non existent.

I paid $30 for two-day shipping, received no order confirmations or tracking number. The product did not arrive.

Remained on hold with Customer Service line more than 20 minutes.

Computer Products for Education (www.educational-software.com) is a website that sells computer products to teachers, students and schools, even homeschools. I ordered some software for my son from this site. I have dealt with otehr websites before, but now I will only order from Computer Products for Education for my educational software.

The website is easy to navigate; I can find everything I need in an instant. There are links to product pages on manufacturer websites for products and all the information I need before making a purchase.

Customer support is awesome too; I called their number and talked to someone more knowledgeable than expected. I HIGHLY recommend this site over any others.
