Compucall (MaxAdmin) sells discount software on their website, www.maxadmin.net.

The trouble is, they don't send the goods after you pay. I spent over £100 on software, and initially when a week went by and I heard nothing, I emailed this company. I received a reply, in broken English, assuring me that they were backlogged, but I would get my software in a few weeks time.

I wrote back and said that this wasn't really acceptable, as I needed the software, and expected it, within a week or, latest, two weeks. I received a reply back telling me they didn't 'like my manner' and that after this purchase was completed I would no longer be able to shop on their site.

I kept waiting for the software. It never came. I kept emailing the company. They were now ignoring me. I then threatened to phone police if they didn't confirm when they sent me the software.

They replied saying they sent it 'yesterday,' but without evidence.

I never received it. I kept emailing them. Nothing back, then got an 'automated' email reply saying they were 'out over summer' and would return in September.

I then reported this but it was only treated as a 'dispute' given I willingly paid for goods.

Also, both the phone numbers they list are dead numbers.
