Avoid like the plague.

Ordered an electric blanket nearly 2 weeks ago . Yodel can't deliver as cleverboxes have supplied incorrect postcode for local Tesco store even though they are approved partners. WILL NOT USE COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND RELATIONSHIP WITH TESCO DAMAGED TOO. Still no goods and cannot get human to speak to at yodel.BAD BAD SERVICE FOR SIMPLE TRANSACTION.

From the photo on the TescoDirect website I expected to get a rug with beige stripes, however what looks like beige in the photo is in fact grey and doesn't go with our colour scheme at all. I now need to return the rug and don't live close to a TescoDirect store. I have been told by Cleverboxes that I either have to travel 35 miles to return to a store or pay a £15 courier charge to Cleverboxes if I prefer it to be collected from home. I feel the photograph should be more representative.

The rug is also quite thin which didn't seem apparent in the photo and didn't lie flat even after 24 hours. However I would probably have kept it if the colours had matched the photo.

I am still in the process of discussing the issue with TescoDirect but feel badly let down by Cleverboxes. If Cleverboxes had arranged collection at their expense I would not be feeling so aggrieved. The whole process has been a waste of time and money.

I ordered a 2.1 speaker system from Tesco and unfortunately cleverboxes were the supplier. After I chased them up, they took 11 days to deliver the product. If they are the supplier I will avoid them in future.

Ordered the android scroll pocket tablet through Tesco and was messed about with delivery company through Tesco. Spoke to [name removed] and recieved the best customer service ever. She tried to track the parcel which was being sent to Tesco for me to collect but had no luck locating where it was so send me out a new one for next day delivery through a different conpany as she didn't want me to go without for christmas. Would use again and again but would go direct through the cleverbox site :)

Looking for a storage device to move my music around on and spotted the Western Digital My Passport Elite 320GB USB 2.0 Hard Drive on Cleverboxes website. I called in to make sure that the item was in stock, before I ordered it and was told that I could have one the next day.

The sales person asked if I would like to place my order over the phone while I was on, so I did and the follwing day, before midday, although I had only paid for a standard delivery, my item arrived.

I have been happy with my purchase and would use Cleverboxes again and would certainly recommend them to others.

I found this site after a Google search for the camera I was interested in. I found the site easy to use and very informative. As I am not a professional photographer I didn't understand the specifications fully, I spoke to a gentleman at Cleverboxes called Paul who really helped and advised me on the right options and accessories. I would definitely recommend this site and their customer service.
