Do Not Order Anything From Them
I ordered through one of Chatandvision websites which is called "Digitaldiscount UK". I manage to identify the below websites which all actually belong to the same company:
- digitaldiscount uk
- Chatandvision
- Numeristock
You need to know that this company is based in Hong Kong ONLY.
They have no office in UK at all.
They used the services of a company called London Office (londonoffice.co.uk) to have a UK address and the services of a company called Small firms Secretary Services (smallfirmsservices.com) to be registered as a company in the UK. This way they could reassure customers with a UK address without having any office in UK.
You cannot trust this company. If you are lucky you will receive after waiting a month a low quality product or you may have to pay custom fees (since they declare a value far below the price you paid). But most of the time you will not receive anything and never get the refund they promise you.
I advise everyone who has been stolen money like I did to report it to the police in the UK and in Hong Kong:
- police.gov.hk/
- actionfraud.police.uk
For information, if you saw some good reviews, they were fake and have been removed by the review websites.
Maybe some people will eventually receive their goods or their refund (after months?), it does not make taking other customers legal!

Here you go. The Dualphone was place in the cradle again for 12 hours and did not connect to the base as advertised. You should have a confirmed working unit set to me as resolution of my continued inconvenience.
I have wasted a lot of time communicating to CSR at ChatandVision in regard to this matter.
Please find a pic (grouping) of all packaging items to be returned. A pic of the phone and base serial identification number. Finally a pic of the box serial number. You must remember that I ordered this dualphone on May 3rd 2016 it is brand new and didn't work. The onus is on your organization to provide a working product as advertised with your partner Skype (Google).
Furthermore your Company has debited my Visa account and not provided the equipment in good working order. ChatandVision has not fulfilled terms of the Visa agreement with respect to providing working goods.
I have copies of all my transactions and correspondence with ChatandVision.
Please send me a confirmed working unit so that I can make calls on the phone.
While searching on the Internet it appears that your organization has had the identical concerns for a period of time.
ChatandVision has the information its in your return sales data. Unless the policy is to frustrate the customer in hopes that they will eventually just give up?
I am not sure why you responded that I should take a video as your technical people are aware of this concern. It is a common denominator on all related Internet Threads and Blogs concerning the functionality of that product. So I decline to waste my time on such trivial efforts.
If this can not be resolved to my satisfaction immediately, my only option will be to start action with CIBC Visa in respect that ChatandVision has not properly fulfilled the contract and misrepresented the product upon delivery to Canada.
Furthermore you have not supplied or advised me on the contact e-mail for ChatandVision`s President so that this concern can be escalated to someone that has the authority to immediately correct this concern.
Please govern yourself accordingly.

I has become apparent that you appear to be delaying any response with regard to my e-mail dated May 17th, 2016.
Please direct my correspondence to your immediate Manager so that this situation can be resolved.
At this point in respect to my inquires your response on behalf of ChatandVision is absent. Is this how your organization responds to customers in Canada? Do you hope that eventually we will all walk away?
Or would you prefer to have an intelligent conversation on how ChatandVision will respond to my concerns and fulfill the purchase agreement with respect to my order?

I think you are aware of this problem and continue to disregard your customers concerns. You should be ashamed of yourself.

I mark it as 4 star because the one missing is due to communivation problems. I have sent 2 emails in the past with no response. Apart from that I am happy with the order processing and the short delivery time. What is missing in these phones are better batteries. In a business environment they are dead after 6 months. I replaced the 650mAh with 950mAh and I expect an increase in battery life. It is a suggestion for improvement.
I will probably buy again this phone.

I Bought The Device It Was Delivered Quickly, But
I bought the device it was delivered quickly, but dint work, when I sent a request for help, they dint reply till 3/4 days and then replied me with a detailed message to reset the device modem, I already told in my email that device isnt even turning on.
Now I requested a return and refund or exchange but I dont want to pay delivery to HongKong as it was sent from there. whereas I purchased it from Canada Site. thinking that it would be from Canada.

Rtx Dualphone 4088 Chat And Vision
Bought the RTX 4088 because the Skype site redirected to ChatandVision as an approved supplier. Order was processed quickly and efficiently. Item was shipped by CandV promptly-even upgraded to a priority courier for some reason. CandV had the best prices, as well. The link ("partnership") to Skype prompted me to place the order, in spite of some problems identified with them in the blogosphere.
All in all I was extremely satisfied with the operation of the product, and the whole fulfillment process with CandV and DHL
I would order from them again.

The Service Was Great But The Product Falls A Litt
The service was great but the product falls a little short than what I expected 1. There should be a light on the charger to indicate that the unit is properly seated in the charger. 2. Since it has a headset jack the unit should have clip. 3. The talk-time on a charged battery is only minutes instead of hours.

I Ordered A Bose Soundlink Iii From Chatandvision
I ordered a Bose Soundlink III from ChatandVision because it offered the product at £50 less than the RRP. The delivery terms for this item was up to 14 working days. However, ChatandVision kindly selected my order to be upgraded to their express delivery priority service, free of charge! I received my goods within 9 working days of making my order. The speaker came properly packaged with no damage.
The customer service from ChatandVision was prompt and excellent. My order was delivered by DHL who have a fantastic order tracking system. All in all ChatandVision is a very trustworthy and competent company.
