Saved about £70 buying a set of expensive headphones through these guys as a gift. Ordered around noon one day, and it arrived the next. Customer service from these guys is amazing. They were very quick to respond to any queries I had (did so within 24 hours!). You can tell this company is all about providing brilliant customer service.

Only quirks I had were to do with the website. It's functional, but a little messy. Not to mention a lot of products not having images. There are a few spelling mistakes as well, but hey, that's nitpicking.

All in all I cannot recommend this company enough to anyone. Very trustworthy! Five stars.

Ordered the Sennheiser MM-550 X headphones which hadn't even been released yet - took a while to come because they were waiting for the distributor to give a release date, but they eventually did come and they even called me to let me know when it was being delivered because I was getting anxious. The cost saving over Amazon was £60 so I'm very chuffed, this shop's a little gem and I love how you can fairly easily get through to them on the phone and they do return voicemail messages.

I didn’t find a review on the net so decided to do one on my experience.

I ordered the product Monday before 10am and received it next day before 3 pm.

It arrived well packed .Can’t say much more .

Website is easy to use. I have dealt with the protx payment system they use. I think now a days it is called sagepay.With this system No credit card details are saved or seen by www.businesstechsavers.co.uk.I prefer retailer not to have access to my card details and I think more retailers should do this.
