All round good experience with this comapny, great customer service, PC arrived on time and the quality of the build was perfect. i couldnt get my sound to work at first but sent them an email and they sorted it out very quick so that was the only minor issue.

Ordered 2 PCs from here for my business and they do what i bought them for. Also got some good customer service when initially buying so overall very happy. Would shop here again.

I ordered a Custom PC from Build Your Box on October/2014. The SSD drive was faulty and running much slower than advertised (slower than a HDD drive). I have sent them several emails about the problem right away, and they kept asking me to update various firmware on the PC. I finally got around updating all of them, and the SDD remains at fault. They told me they could take a look at it, but I would have to pay a fee. This is completely unacceptable, they sold me a faulty PC and refused to refund me or replace the item. I believe suggesting to charge me a fee to fix a broken item they sold could only be done in bad faith.

Excellent service. Ordered 2 Windows 7 machines for our office and had them built to my spec. Although one was damaged thanks to Parcel Force, and no fault of Build Your Box, they quickly collected and rebuilt it.

I ordered goods from website, very easy. Prices pretty good, so went ahead with order. Goods arrived as requested (Saturday delivery). Basically PC comes with Windows 8.1 installed, and components set up. Ready for you to install all your software of choice. However when I connected to internet to get updates, my Soundblaster card software wanted to update (oddly) and after updating the software, no sound. However, after reinstalling from supplied CD all fine again. Small glitch from the guys at Creative Labs..... Anyway, very happy with the machine its VERY fast.

Was very pleased with the AMD A4 systems you supplied. Your web site was easy to negotiate and order placement simple. The quality of the build was very good and when programmed with Windows 7 they are suitably fast computers. The packaging was again very good but the delivery could have been a little quicker. Overall I would deal with you again and give you 4 stars for this transaction.

This is the second PC I've bought from Build your box and having tried plenty of other so called PC retailers these are easily the best I've tried. Good customer service helped me find the PC i needed and didn't rip me off. I've been using for a weeks with no problems. The Previous PC I bought off them over a year ago is still working great which i now use in my office.

I purchased a pc recommended by my brother. I've now had it for two months and I am pleased with the whole set up, quality and value for money. I only ordered custom built tower and found it really easy to configure using the Build your box website. They kept me informed through the whole order process up until dispatch.

When my 8 year old Dell's motherboard 'blew' I needed a replacement quickly and not too expensively (I'm a pensioner these days). I certainly didn't want to buy something with loads of bells & whistles I wouldn't use ! Build-a-Box gave me a basic machine with blank hard drive from which I re-built my system. They didn't have the motherboard I'd selected but upgraded me without extra charge, whilst another minor difficulty was sorted with no problems. Ordered on one Wednesday, received as promised by the next Wednesday. Would recommend thoroughly for both.
