It Has Been Over A Year And A Half Since I Cancell
It has been over a year and a half since I cancelled my purchase after they had taken out close to $600.00 dollors from my bank account. I was told that if I cancelled no refund would be given but I could use the credit at their on line store (shipping and handling must be paid by money order before product is shipped). Long story short they have my money and I have no product to show for it. I am now unable to contact them by phone, e-mail, via their web site.
DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH BLUE HIPPO. HARD LESSON LEARNED.
i have to agree with the other consumer that blue hippo is a rip off. I was told the same crap about getting another product because they don't refund! what a crock of crap. I was fortunate enought to smell the scam early enough not to have lost as much of my hard earned money as this poor consumer, but if there is ever a class ation lawsuit aginst this company is would be the first to sign on and would canvas my state to get other victims their money too!
