I bought an HP Pavilion A1128.UK desktop computer from them at a bargain price. I paid for it by switch over the 'phone on a Friday afternoon, and was given an apology for the fact that their courier didn't deliver in my area on Saturday. The machine did arrive on Monday which I thought was pretty good. But here's the rub, and it's what separates this company from many others...

The machine was faulty. Every time I change a computer I dread this happening. It started to power up and then died, and it did that time after time. So, at 5.30pm on Monday I dialled the Axion phone number. I got straight through to a person, and not only did he know exactly what to suggest, he trusted what I said to him and treated me like a grown up.

It gets better. The machine was definitely faulty, and when I phoned back we discussed returning the computer and getting another. What I did not expect was to discover another machine had been delivered on Tuesday afternoon. That's from Redding to West Lothian from 7.30pm Monday evening to Tuesday afternoon. Axion had trusted me with two of their computers, and when I phoned to ask about returning the faulty one they gave me exact and straightforward instructions for what to do.

I think that it's when things go wrong that you find the quality of a company. You want things sorted properly and quickly, without fuss, and that is exactly what happened.

My experience of Axion Solutions was first class. On that basis I cannot recommend them highly enough.
