I think you can judge a company by what they do when things don't go quite to plan. I bought a used Media Centre PC recently from Alpha and am extremely pleased with the item and especially the after-sales service given. The item was very keenly priced and accurately described, but what impressed me more was the technical advice freely given after purchase. I had problems connecting to my internet but they contacted me and talked me through how to resolve it with instant success. I could not have hoped for that level of advice, technical expertise, or the promptness, and would definitely buy from them again.

Bought a Q6600 from Alpha Hardware Yesterday and it arrived today. fitted it and now I am typing this on the PC that the CPU is in. The Q6600 was only £37, this is cheaper than even eBay.

Bought a Q6600 from Alpha Hardware last week, it arrived a day after I bought it and they kept me updated throughout, the CPU came excellently packaged with ample Padding, I fitted the CPU and all is great, Infact I am typing this review on the PC it was fitted in right now!!

Also CPU was cheaper than even eBay!!
