Great service, I would reccomende to everyone.

I don't normally write reviews but as the service I received from AIT was so good I felt I just had to make an exception.

Having located the part I thought I needed on their web site I called them to confirm stock level and also compatibility with my PDU. I was promptly put through to a very friendly and knowledgeable guy who physically checked the warehouse for the item I required and also checked the PDU manufacturers web site to confirm the part would work with my PDU. I asked him about other options and, even though they were more expensive, he didn't think they would be necessary.

I proceeded to order the part online and within minutes received an email confirming my order had been accepted and I'd receive another email later with a delivery date.

True to their word, later that day I received another email informing me my order would be shipped that day!

The next day my order arrived and the part worked perfectly with my PDU.

I cannot recommend the company and it's staff highly enough.

I cannot fault the customer service at all . I was on the lookout for a data cabinet and came across these. The payment method was very straight forward " which i like!" And the item was delivered within days . When i opened the box i was more than happy with quality of build. They isnt much more i can say and will keep these in favourites for future buys!!!!

I have used AIT a number of times in the past and they have always done an excellent job. Recently we ordered some PDUs from them and TNT managed to completely crush one of the units. I emailed AIT, and within minutes they had responded saying they had sent out a replacement unit. That's what I call great customer service :-) I would definitely use them again.
