They charged me for all types of extra fees, shipping (they promised free shipping and the website didn't charge me for it when I placed my order. After I made the purchase my credit card was charged more than the advertised price and they charged me tax when they were out of state. I will never shop here again. STAY AWAY THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF FALSE PROMISES!!!

I all fairness the product did arrive but for a price much higher than promised. They claimed that the item was special order so they had to charge me tax. But they should have said that on their website. I question whether this business practice is legal. I have contemplated calling my credit card company.

A Matter of Fax definitely know what they're doing. I ordered toners and cartridges for my office printers and I was surprised at how low the prices were on their website. I saved around $80 so that was a good thing. Everything I had ordered three days prior arrived on time, the personnel at A Matter of Fax were really nice as well when I called them about my order. They gave me my tracking details as well as other things I needed to know and the entire transaction, from start to finish, went really well. I would recommend A Matter of Fax to anyone looking for legit online companies. Take my word for it, A Matter of Fax is the real deal

Had a very amazing experience with A Matter of Fax. I was looking for an Oki C610DTN as well as a bunch of other electronics and it so happened they were the only ones who had stocks of the Oki. I tried other sites but the prices were so high at the time since Oki was released just a few weeks prior. I got mine for about $160, I saved a couple of dollars here than buying it elsewhere for close to $200. My orders arrived on time in good condition and I definitely have no problem with the customer service. They answered all my questions and guided me throughout the entire ordering process. I would recommend A Matter of Fax to anyone looking for cheap, brand-new electronics in good quality.

I ordered office appliances from A Matter of Fax and I am amazed at how they handled my orders. The first product I ordered was a Canon ImageRunner C3220 a while back and for a huge machine like that, they still managed to send me my order on time. Next, I ordered inks and a few electronic parts which they delivered on time too. I am now on my third order, just recently I ordered a photo printer for my Canon SLR and from the transactions and emails I have sent to and received from A Matter of Fax, I can definitely say this transaction is also going to be a smooth one

They eventually sent the lamp after a weirdly long time to verify the credit card. The lamp exploded after 10 hrs use, I sent the lamp back after ordering a new one (they don't refund you until you buy a new one and I had to pay shipping) the new lamp didn't work at all. They refused to replace it a "second" time.

Don't waste your money or your time, they are crooks who sell inferior products.

I placed my order over a week ago, I still have not received any tracking information. Only 2 emails one received 4 days ago and one 4 hours ago... Both stating "A tracking number will be emailed to you shortly" I don't have a tracking number, the customer service link on their website redirects to a third party "Customer Service" company... I have sent inquiries to that company and to amatteroffax.com and neither one of them has sent me back anything with any amount of real information. If there is a delay, or the item is backordered or just lost in their warehouse... It would be great if someone would please let me know.

This is a terrible company. I googled the item number, nothing on their page indicates a compatible cartridge. When I received the clone, I called they said no problem just return it. Here are the terms. "If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund (excluding shipping, handling, insurance charges, and a 17.9% restocking fee- fifty dollar minimum)" So the $71.71 price - shipping, handling, insurance and $50.00 mean I can send it back and get $10 back. BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS....
