The company is the worst I have ever dealt with. The company refused to refund a faulty product and made their own excuses. The item was so filmsy that it was elongated on trial after which I noticed holes. Soon after, I filled the return form and packed the item. Then I called the home pick services as per my circumstances and scheduled for pick up date but nobody turned up and my day was wasted. Again I called for the second time and rescheduled but agiain it was the same. This happened thrice and at last I dropped to the hermes parcelshop on my own. Hence, it took almost a month for the item to get delivered but I was hopeful as the company had 100 days refund policy. I waited several weeks for the refund and finally called the company. I was surprised to hear the staffs saying that the product was washed when actually it was not, and worn when I clearly wrote a description in the receipt that the reason of return was the product being faulty. They even refused to replace the item and the staffs were very rude. Hence, I would never ever recommend anyone to use the company as the customer service, specially the returns and refund is horrendous.

I ordered some lingerie and I did receive an email saying there was a delay but the items still turned up within a week. Very good service and I will use Zalando again.

We ordered shoes approx December/January they never arrived but I was continuously was phoning about them, we were told to choose for another model which we did,from this I paid the difference but these never arrived, I have emailed and phoned and got totally demoralised with this company.
