I have bought several items from Wool overs since late last year and every item has been exactly as described.

I had a brief concern about how long one item took to arrive and was responded to very quickly by Customer Service.

Everything I have ordered, including the navy cardigan, has been excellent in style and quality. Looks good, feels nice to wear, sizing accurate. Nothing I don't like about it.

I love your garments, but one needs to remember when ordering unisex, consider the size, I have had to send back a jumper for a smaller size,

Your service is wonderful, I will certainly be buying of you again.

Have a drawer full of your garments, haven't worn half them yet. Happy with colours etc.

The only thing wrong was it was hard to tell black from navy. I thought I ordered black. The navy is okay It is very nice to wear. I would recommend this site to other people because the service is pretty good also quality of product is great.

Beautiful colours and the pieces are timeless staples to a wardrobe. Cashmere piece are light and give warmth silk/cotton tuck in handbag and go. Delivery to NZ was equally fast as ordering. I would like to see measurements for circumference of arm holes as I struggle with the sleeves

I am really impressed with the range of fabric, styles and the colour selection offered by Woolovers. The garments that I have purchased are just lovely.

When one parcel took longer in the post than it should have done, Woolovers was extremely helpful.

On the only occasion when I have returned garments the postage cost $37.00, which was expensive. It would be great if the postage/courier service that customers in other countries enjoy with Woolovers could be extended to New Zealand.

(Two garments were returned in the one parcel: One because my daughter wished to change the style and the other had a small flaw in the fabric.)

I have a penchant for lambswool and, surprisingly, and cannot find garments in lambswool in New Zealand.

Since discovering Woolovers, birthday gifts for members of my family have consisted of an offer of a garment from Woolovers.

Lovely item quick service and good price

I bought one long cashmere merino cardigan, but when I washed it, it developed a small hole. I photographed the hole and emailed Woolovers which immediately sent me a replacement. I wore the sweater almost non-stop before it was requisitioned by a very sick friend, who likewise wore it non-stop. I've since purchased another in a different colour because I know that when I get dressed in the morning I will want to wear this garment. It would be nice to have it some brighter colours --teal or gold or burnt orange. I'd definitely buy another.
