Braless

Money Taken But No Goods Arrived 6 Months Later

I ordered goods last August. Card payment taken but no goods arrived.I had lots of emails all saying the same thing 'Goods ordered but there's a delay' blah blah. I believe they trade under several names, Retro Lace, Classics Intimates and several others. DO NOT USE ANY of the online stores. Whoever these directors are they have ruined a good name in the Morecambe area and lost the goodwill of past customers.

My Card Company Had To Get My Money Back For Me

I had no refund on goods returned to them. They sent only a quarter of the order ... no reply to my e-mails ... the whole thing took endless time and trouble. Avoid them like the plague!

Goodbye And Good Riddance, You Scoundrels!

I bitterly regret not having seen these reviews before placing my order with Wood's at the end of November 2014. Like other customers, they took my money on the same day, but the goods haven't arrived. Why? Because the company is in liquidation. These rogues must have known their business was finished, but they were still happy to fleece innocent customers.

Appalling Customer Care - Don't Shop Here

I order 3 bras on 3rd September and my card was debited for £99. I did get an e-mail saying the goods were out of stock and not expected for a couple of days. I was still waiting 2 months later so contacted them via e-mail to cancel and they replied, telling me my card would be credited with the amount initially paid. Well over one month later and despite 2 phone calls and one e-mail I am still awaiting the refund. One week ago I was assured the refund would be done within 3 days... very frustrating

I have never had any trouble with my orders they might not all come at once but if they are out of stock they are sent as soon as they are available i have just ordered some more there own label products are exceptional value & fitting support your local shops

I hope you received your goods as I certainly haven't. They took the money from my card 0n 22/12/14 when they must have known they were going out of business. I notice the shop is still trading, only the on-line business has folded without supplying the goods customers have paid for in full.

Awful!

Wish I had looked for reviews before ordering - exactly the same has happened to me. Placed order, credit card debited immediately, no order arrived, I e-mailed 3 times without any response, eventually phoned, was told they had not received my e-mails, was also told my order had been delayed but was now being processed and sent out - it wasn't. No order received so tried another e-mail, this time they actually replied, they still haven't got my order from their supplier so I have cancelled, it's now 3 days and no credit back on my card. I'm not sure how they are still in business.

Don't Bother!!

Twice now I have attempted to order from this company (I don't know what on earth possessed me to give them a second chance..) What they don't tell you (until you contact them) is that they don't have your goods in stock.

However, that won't stop them from charging your account (and still not telling you!)on the day you place the order and leaving you waiting...and waiting.

Take my advice and shop elsewhere....oh and by the way,they also market themselves under 'Branded Lingerie' so watch out!
