I am afraid my experience was very disappointing and it spoiled the pleasure of wearing the hired dress.

I've ordered the dress over the phone, I've ordered the back up size and the necklace. I specifically asked if I will be charged for them if they won't fit well with the dress and I won't wear them.

The girl who took the order confirmed that it will be refunded.

Later I phoned them again to let them know that there wasn't a label on the necklaces but I haven't worn them and if I will be get the refund.

The girl confirmed that yes, it will be refunded only to call me few minutes later to tell me that she was wrong and I won't get a refund.

I wouldn't have a problem with it if it would be stated clearly on their website but it is not! Nothing on their Delivery & returns section which I read twice, it's not on the tutorial page nor the video, not on the 'terms of use' and of course not on the 'accessories' page either.

I was informed that it is on their Ts& Cs but it actually not true - it is on Rental agreement - pkt. 10 of 20.

Maybe they should send customers a book with your rules before they order anything...

Anyway - be careful and have everything in writing if you use them.

Wish Want Wear has completely changed my life. I just hired a designer dress worth 405 pounds for 65 pounds. The company provides an excellent service. I came across it randomly online and decided to speak to the stylist. She was so friendly, and helped me find the perfect dress (which is quite hard considering I am so fickle and there were so many choices!). I was not so sure about my size, so they sent me a free back up size so I could ensure the dress fit me perfectly. I cant tell you how pleased I was with the service!
