Where to start? First of all, my costume was late. Significantly. Their online delivery calculator said two to eight days. Well, sixteen days later, I FINALLY received my costume... AFTER the Halloween party I needed it for. I tried to phone the company before, but weirdly, none of the Canadian numbers worked. So I tried the live chat and it oddly didn't work either. So I emailed them multiple times. They replied to the first costume saying that they don't offer a 2-8 day international shipping (even though it's ADVERTISED on their site and delivery calculator) but if it was late, I could return it. After that they stopped replying. Once I received my costume (after having to buy another one), I emailed them about returning it (as I was doing an international return). And strangely enough, now that I need/want to return it, they oddly aren't replying to any of my SEVEN emails... very very sketchy.

Would have been nice to know when it was getting delivered... and how to return it... and that this site is terrible so I wouldn't have ended up here in the first place.
