Urbanityonline.co.uk Is A Joke!!
Please think twice before you use this company, UrbanityOnline.co.uk. The customer service is non existent and the incompetent lady called Gemma Stevens is nothing but a rude, snotty, unhelpful human being. I paid a whopping £5.99 for next day mainland delivery. Urbanityonline were so incompetent that they provided the courier with an incomplete address. Now bearing in mind, I paid for my item with Paypal and also checked out with Paypal, so my full address was on there, so there was no excuse for their mistake. As a result, my parcel arrived late and rather than apologise for the error, Urbanityonline refused to accept liability and refund my delivery charge. Had they passed on my address correctly, I would have received my parcel on time which was a birthday present for a friend in hospital. I had to make endless phone calls to Parcelforce to correct this which costed me money. Urbanityonline refused to assist.
To make matters worse, two days later, I receive my parcel which is all scratched! And what a surprise, Urbanity are refusing to organise a collection of my damaged parcel as I no longer want it. The customer service is a joke so please think twice before ordering from this company and having to deal with Gemma Stevens who has the IQ of a potato.

Upon Being Directed To The Urbanity Store Site V
Upon being directed to the Urbanity Store site via Google, I was under the impression it was a rather large, professional company with some good discounts and a wide range of stock. Purchacing my item(s) was quick, convienient, secure and easy. I was initially pleased with the transaction, and had managed to buy my long desired item(s) at a reasonable price.
However, several days went by. No sign of my purchace, I had recieved the email confirming the order was "pending", however nothing else. First class post, as advertised, did not normally take a week I thought. So, I sent a polite email to the company. No response. A few days later I rang them, I was told if items had not been recieved in another 2 days, then to call back.
2 days went by... Nothing. So I phoned again, nobody seemed "available", so I emailed, no reply, still nobody available on the phone!
A total of 15 days passed. No replies, no contact, nada! Eventually... my item arrived. I am now happy, but not with the service, Will NOT be shopping there again in a hurry!
