My delivery never arrived. This company only refunded around half my money, claiming I should still have to pay for postage even though I never received my order (which they acknowledge). Absolutely disgraceful conduct and terrible customer service. Do not trust this company.

I'll simplify it. After placing a large order, nothing was delivered. I then spent several days emailing universal textiles to establish what the issue was - no reply. In the end I cancelled my order and I'm still awaiting my refund - some ten days later. Charge-back via card provider now in operation.

I received a bag that had a dirty brown crust on it. It had no tags on it either. I emailed them and several weeks later they still did not reply. I've seen mixed reviews for them so buy at your discretion.

I ordered 7 shirts from Universal Textiles for an event that has come and gone and still I have yet to receive the shirts I ordered. I have contacted the company on several occasions only to receive back an automated email. Is this even a real company? I want my money back!

Staff are polite and very understandable and the shop is very colourful and is very inviting i would recomend universal clothing to anyone who is into smart or casual clothing.

I purchased 2 thermal tops and 2 thermal pants - delivery fine and quality fine however, one of the tops is short sleeved and I ordered long.

Phoned a couple of times on the 844 number with recording that the department was extremely busy - I will probably cost me more in phone calls than the top is worth if I pursue and try to get through.

There is no email contact and no freephone number. I will not use them again ( my wife was going to order some for herself, but has obviously been put off)
