If they send wrong or faulty item you will not be refunded! if you open the packaging you will not be refunded! The person I spoke to is absolutely rude, he accuses, disrespects and insults you!

UKTIGHTS.COM - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Have just had the most awful phone conversation with the company owner who absolutely abused me over the phone over 2 pairs of tights that I was chasing the order of. The website inputted the wrong home address when the order was made. In all fairness I did not notice this on the confirmation email. When I called to chase the order which still hadn't arrived, this was pointed out to me by one of the telephone agents. I was told I either have to pay for more tights or wait for those to be returned and then sent out again - the being told that's IF they come back and in which case I would get neither. When I stressed that I was going away and didn't have much time she told me there was nothing she could do. I asked for the manager to call back which I received a couple of hours later and which turned out to be the owner. She absolutely abused me over the phone because I would not pay for a second order of tights (expensive ones) calling me an IMBECILE and an IDIOT who doesn't even know their own address. I am on the phone to the bank as I type to get the payment reversed. The bank are livid for me! The owner of this company is a horrid woman with no compassion and no understanding that the customer IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

Ordered at Christmas and received promptly. However, one of the items was faulty, so returned via freepost. February 1st 2015 and still not received replacement!! Email after email is sent but the response is the same; we are busy!

I've decided to not to pursue this anymore and take the hit. Again, they're fine to start with but customer service is appalling.

I never never meet a shop so bad on support!

I have wait 1 month and I haven't received my order and I never received a Answer!

THEY ARE TRAGIC

I bought a pair of £65 leggings from this Company open the bag to look at them did not like them they also looked much larger than a small so would not fit me, attempted to return these but they sent them straight back refusing to refund so £65 down the drain I am stuck with an expensive pair of Leggings and these are not tights so not really sure what the hygiene risk is!! They are way too big for me. I would never buy anytihing from here again or recommend anyone does, you are not even permitted to view the item what a SCA M

I wishes I listened to the reviews regarding returns. I see a lot of positive reviews concerning great service otherwise, but when it comes to returns there isn't one positive. So why does the company bother stating how great their return policy is?

Unfortunately I believed their lies and bought with confidence. I bought quite a few pairs of tights and read the returns policy just incase I had any problems.

It mentioned about not returning worn items. I was fine with that so when the arrived I only opened one intentionally and tried it on.

It was too small, even though I followed the sizing guide for that brand. Seeing as the other tights I had bought were the same make and mostly the same model I thought not to risk it and opted for a return instead, keeping only the one I had tried on.

I sent them back for processing and a few weeks later they were returned to me, refusing refund stating that they had been clearly opened.

This was clearly a lie, the only one i opened had not been sent back, I doubt they even checked.

I'm very disappointed in the service, I thought I had found a good place to buy tights, I was very wrong.

Don't believe their returns policy. Know that if you're buying then you're stuck with them, even if you or they made a mistake.

I'll stick with amazon, where the prices are cheaper and I can trust their returns.

Don't lie Dawn, it's a shoddy policy and it only makes you look bad, when the rest of your service is quite reasonable.

I had a question. I had ordered the wrong size and was hoping that the company might help me out and give me free return shipping (even return and exchange). They stuck to their formal policy and never even acknowledged that they could understand my frustration and were sorry they "couldn't help me." I did push a bit too much. I tried to get an exception for trying one of the over the knee socks on and still returning them. You know that there are plenty of places that will let you do that. AT the end, the manager basically called me names - you don't understand plain english. Don't ever do business with us again. Doesn't seem like she should be able to do that. Don't want to do business but it sure is rude for her to say that to me. UK Tights - over the knee socks.

Beware. There were two negative reviews of UK tights on this site that I decided to ignore & try them out. However the reviews turned out to be spot on. Delivery took over 3 weeks, customer service was appalling, staff rude & unhelpful, they don't know how to run a business.

Those two reviews I mentioned have mysteriously disappeared from this site & I suspect the positive reviews may have been written by "friends" of the website owners.

There are better, more reliable tights' websites around.

Appalling customer service. Told refund had been processed when it hadn't. Then had to chase them up to get refund. Have told all friends & clients to avoid.

www.mytights.co.uk & www.tightsplease.co.uk are far superior in my experience & I would recommend both.

I have used UK Tights for many Years. The service and speed of delivery is and always has been fantastic. The personal customer service is simply brilliant. The selection is wide and varied. I live in Jersey and we are VAT exempt, To this end they even created me a VAT free account to save me from having to ask for a refund each time. Now that is customer service!! I fully recommend UK tights above any other hosiery retailer. Keep up the good work. Well done Dawn.
