I purchased a pair of jeans from what i thought was a true religion sale. The website is identical to the real true religion.I paid over the internet and was emailed saying return to checkout. I chose not to do this because the email was in poor English. I emailed to check that it would not be processed.

Two days later i received email confirmation for my payment despite being told it could not be processed and me cancelling. The jeans were supposed to be £51 but they took £65. I got into a series of emails and they did not answer for a few days. I kept requesting they return my money. I was told the jeans had been shipped.

I have since received them and not only are they counterfit they are completely different from what I ordered. I wanted petite straight leg but got 34inch leg with twisted seams.

I have authentic true religion jeans and they are very good quality. The ones I received could be found on a local market stall for a tenner. In fact you would get better from the local market.

I have sent a number of emails and they asked me to return at my expense and send money for them to re ship. Obviously I have refused this was their mistake and I think they should send me the correct jeans first. They have offered me $5 compensation of course I have refused to accept. I am really only emailing now to irritate them.

Please do not buy anything from this website you will be throwing away your hard earned cash.
