Rubbish customer service. Avoid.

i have been waiting 12 days for my order an still not arrived phoned trek ware who weren't even botherd told me they carnt track it because its with royal mail

Ordered on a Thursday, order still not been despatched on the Monday and they charged me £3.90 for that "service". The bare faced cheek. Staff are rude and arrogant. Zero customer service skills, zero confidence in their ability to process an order quickly. God knows when I'll get my order. Judging by the other reviews I'm not alone. Just go to someone reputable and not these amateur sharks. If you get through to that scottish women with an attitude problem may the lord have mercy on you.

Be wary of buying anything from these, I placed an order for some goggles and when they hadn't arrived after a week, I contacted them only to be told my order was cancelled and someone had called or emailed me. If they had, I really wouldn't be chasing them, would I? Really not a good practice to be selling stock you haven't got, and the website is poor as the order was showing even thought they had cancelled it. The whole experience has left a very sour taste in my mouth and I won't buy anything from these again.

I ordered Short Regatta trousers from Trekwear. I'm in the process of losing weight so after ordering a size too big then a size too small I eventually got the right size!

Yes you have to pay to send things back yourself but as with any small internet company you should expect this and factor it in. I was happy, and you need to think it's probably cost Treckwear almost £10 to send me a £20 pair of trousers so you can't really complain.

If you don't want to pay to send something back, check the returns policy before you order and really if you're that bothered buy them from the 50% more expensive high street/ retail park!

I ordered a size 12 jacket which turned out to be too small despite the fact that I am a size 10-12. Not enough room to wear a jumper in cold weather. Contacted Trekwear to ask them to send me a pre-paid returns label as it would cost £8 for me to return and was told that I had to pay for this myself. Ridiculous especially when you are ordering online and unable to try on. They wrote to me saying that they thought the trousers (trousers!!) were the correct size. They clearly didn't even know what we were talking about!! Very disappointed with this company. How can you not allow free returns Trekwear? Most online companies allow this. Especially when I was asking for a larger size rather than a refund. Will not be buying from Trekwear again.

Purchased my son some school shoes, which lasted only 3 weeks!!!!!!, when I phoned customer service I was told I shouldn't have brought my son cheap school shoes and that he was probably playing football and running about in them too much!!!!! so I shouldn't expect them to last!!. Do they expect 8 year old boys to sit still and not run around on the playground?

She said I could send them back for them to look at, but at my expense. And they would only replace them if there was a manufacturing problem. This would leave my son without school shoes for a week. The customer services lady then said "I am sure you have a spare pair!!!!!!" does she not understand people are on a budget?

Rant over!!!

The person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and I will not be using this company again.

Ordered the boots at a great price and I paid extra for next day delivery. Boots arrived on time and as advertised. They are a good fit and I am really pleased with them. I have had very good service from this company and I would use them again.

Read the mixed reviews for this site, but, due to "cheapest around" price for my item( craghoppers gore tex kiwi ladies jacket)I decided to take the risk.

Ordered on a Monday and coat arrived on Wednesday! Coat slightly too big so rang customer service for advise. Pleasant lady gave me my options. Sent coat back and decided to wait for my refund before sending for smaller size.Refunded in less than a week! Sent for smaller size, once again came 2 days after order.Very pleased with jacket, which retails at £175 on most other sites( amazon, debenhams, go outdoors,I paid £119.95.

I can't honestly understand the bad reviews this site has had. My experience with Trekwear was nothing short of prefect!

Ordered on a Friday, dispatched the following Monday, arrived in the west of Ireland on the Wednesday - not bad, less than 3 working days.

Products fitted well and appear to be of good quality.
