I bought an embroidered black belt for my son to celebrate passing his 2nd Dan in Tae Kwon Do. The belt arrived quite quickly and was exactly what we wanted. To my dismay, within 6 months the belt was no longer black and instead a faded grey even though it had never been washed. His previous belt had been worn for 2 years with no depreciation in colour.

I called the owner Harry to try to find a resolution and was basically told to get lost! I have been forced to contact my credit card company and open a payment dispute as well as go to trading standards. Harry informed me I should 'Do my worst' in an attempt to resovle the loss of my hard earned income. Very nice customer service.
