My wife ordered and paid for a medieval style dress for a special occasion. The dress has never been delivered. After the occasion had passed she cancelled the order as the dress was no longer required. It transpires that the proprietor fell ill and was unable to work. This is good reason for non-delivery, but I have never had a refund.

My wife has phoned several times, and every time there is a promise to ring her back. It doesn't happen.

There is no mailing address on the website (that's against regulations isn't it?) so I have seek help from Trading Standards.

Don't be caught out - just don't buy from this store.
