I purchased the Calista dress and a veil. When I got the veil, it was not what I wanted so I contacted The Gothic Shop and they ordered one in that wasn't even on their Site any more after I described what I wanted.

This Company is awesome. The Calista dress is beautiful - exactly what I was looking for and really good quality! The Veil is perfect - again, exactly what I was looking for. The customer service is amazing and I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Even though some of my items didn't arrive (by fault of Royal Mail) the person I dealt with was straight on the problem to get it sorted out. I am absolutely in love with my new bag and really looking forward to receiving my wallet and gift from them (which I wasn't aware of because it was removed from my sealed parcel along with my wallet). This is the difference between a good company and a GREAT company! It's how they deal with issues even if it's beyond their control.

My order arrived two days after I placed it as promised, so I was delighted!

I ordered Punk Rave hooded jersey coat in a 12/14, which is true to size for a size 12, and makes me look svelte. The jersey material is of good quality, and I predict I will be wearing it as a favourite garment for a long time.

I also ordered a corduroy coat with corset lace detail at the back from H&R Fashons, in a size bigger than I am normally, and it fits perfectly! The corset lacing helps to obtain a perfect fit, and will be useful to let out following a big meal!

My Alchemy Gothic Ravenrose pendant is really lovely and pretty, and goes well with the aforementioned coat. It came in a little organza gift bag with a mini packet of Love Hearts, which is a very nice touch.

All in all, a wonderful shopping spree courtesy of The Gothic Shop!
