unfortunately the first wallet did not arrive but once contacted the fashion hut guys sent me another special delivery got ut the next day. It was of good quality and with the wait. :)

Bought a Penguin V-neck lambswool jumper in blue just after Christmas and was very pleased at quick delivery for a birthday present...then saw the 'quality'. The jumper was already bobbled and had a stain down one side as if it had been dragged across a stockroom floor. Best bit was it was dry clean only! The wool looked very compacted and the sizing was therefore suspect. It just did not look 'new'.

Went to M&S and got a lovely machine washable lambswool jumper for same money!

Returned the jumper to fashionhut and received a refund after having to ask but am still awaiting return postage refund. Returning faulty goods should not incur a charge under the Sale of Goods Act.

Will not buy clothing online again as you cannot beat touch, feel and inspect!

i ordered a top,paid with credit card,had no confirmation,of payment or order,waited a couple of weeks nothing came.Bank statement came through and thay had taken the money out of my account,been in touch with them 3 times now ,still no joy,they say im confussed and i must have made a mistake.Very un helpful and im still out of pocket by £30.00. NOT TO BE TRUSTED .Will never use them again ,and certainly would not reccomend them to anyone else.

I ordered two items of clothing, one shirt and one jumper. Delivery was prompt and communication with regards to the order and delivery was good. After one days use (not even a day to be honest) the jumper developed holes on the bottom right hand side. I contacted the thefashionhut customer service via email asking for information on how to return the item (they require you to inform them in advance of any returns) and a full month now after the event still they have failed to respond. I can only suggest to refrain from using this shop if you require peace of mind when ordering online.

I have used this site 4 times, and have been really pleased with the service and goods received.

The prices are much cheaper than the High Street shops.

Very fast friendly service. Nice choice of quality designer items at bargain prices. Look out for the sale items, which are great value.
