I ordered though their web site. No option of paying was given. I emailed them, they advised to pay wither by paypal or bank transfer. At no point during our email exchange did they advise that the item was not in stock. Several days later, no confirmation they had received payment I had to chase them up. They advised they had received my payment however they do not have the item in stock,

I advised of my urgency of needing this item. They advised it would be with them at anytime. Fast forward a week, I ask for refund and they advise it would be in my account today. No money has gone in. They sent me a photo of some text saying they have sent money. It looks like nothing like a receipt to me. If this is genuine she has opted intentionally for a 3 days payment service not a faster payment service just to annoy me as I have advised how poor her business is. I have highlighted to her several times my desperation for this item and that I cannot purchase another until my refund comes in.

Stay away from this company it awful.

Although item out of stock after ordering, this was rectified and the item was sent in good time. Good communication throughout.
