The web site for "The Big Tshirt Factory" is easy to use and nicely laid out. The product arrived promptly and looked exactly as i had designed it. As the product (a hoody with a print design on front and back) was a gift I presented what i thought at the time was a great product. first wash destroyed the design. A quick 7min e-mail reply from the factory saying a replacement when i returned the item would be issued, perked my trust in the company. A month later after no replies and failed phone calls, new hoody!! finally. First wash!... worse than last time.

I will not be using them again.
