Worst Customer Service Ever!
I recently ordered a suit from this sight and never received the item. they do not respond to phone calls or emails. I wish i had taken the time it read reviews about the site before i ordered. At least paypal will be refunding my money -

Buyer Beware....do Not Purchase From This Site.
I had ordered a suit and was sent the wrong one. I had left two messages and sent two emails to customer service, but no response from them on the best way to resolve this order mistake. I wish there was another company in the US that sold the brand I bought (Miduo) which fit well and good quality. I would order this brand again but not from this company.

I ordered a suit from this web site and did not receive it. I tried to call several times and got a recording that would not allow me to leave a message. I e-mailed X 2 and finally they responded with customs must have taken it. Sorry.
I requested a re-fund. we will see if they honor it!

Still waiting for a swimsuit after ordering it 4 weeks ago. I think this is terrible business practice, and I can honestly say I'll never order from this company again. I will also tell everyone I know not to use this website.
I knew something was wrong when I could not get a hold of anyone in "Indiana". They do not give you an option to leave a voice mail. I seriously think this business is overseas, and just using an Indiana PO BOX. They certainly charged my account quickly enough - but aren't in any hurry to get my merchandise to me.
Very frustrated and will report this business to the BBB in Indiana.
I am doubtful I will ever see my swimsuit that I ordered. Very, very, dissapointed.

Does Not Honor Return Policy
I'm sad to say I have the same complaint as others, that this company is unethical. I purchased a swimsuit on their "sister company" (my words) Swimsuits Country - same address, same phone #, same customer service email, same return policy. Here is my story:
6/21/14 - I purchased a swimsuit. When it arrived it was too short for my torso (which is not unusually long) - even though I ordered one size bigger their website measurements said I would be.
7/16/14 - I shipped the swimsuit back (knowing I would be charged an 18% restocking fee). My USPS tracking # shows it was delivered on 7/19/14.
8/22/14 - I emailed their customer service asking about my refund.
8/25/14 - I received an email from them saying she would check on my refund.
8/26/14 - I received an email from them saying "We received your returned items, refund has been issued for you if you want a refund. It will be shown on your account in few days. Otherwise, please see bottom detailed notes regarding your order." The "detailed note" on the bottom of the page said:
Notes: 1. Will ship. (FT 6/21)
2. Received customers return CODE: SM1053, she would like a refund please. (FT 7/31)
3:Unfortunately payment received past 60 days, we can only issue refund via gift certificate, $45.10 refund issued via gift certificate
8/26/14 - I was a little confused by the wording of the email and replied saying I'd like the refund not the gift certificate (which had subtracted the 18% restocking fee from my total).
8/27/14 I- got a reply from them saying, "Unfortunately when our accounting staff processed your return, it is already passed 60 days after we received your payment, our system won't allow our accounting staff to issue refund to original payment method. So we already issued you store gift certificate which will never expired. You an use it any time."
8/28/14 - I picked up the phone and repeatedly dialed their # for over 1/2 an hour and no one answered. So I sent an email saying, "Your website states: 'Returns must be received no later than 2 months from the date you place your order.' My order was returned – AND RECEIVED BY YOU – less than 30 days from when I purchased it. It is not acceptable to say your accounting staff didn't process it until after 60 days. Your website does NOT say YOU have to process it within 60 days. It says 'Returns must be RECEIVED no later than 2 months from the date you placed your order.' I expect you to honor your return policy and refund my credit card. There is no other honorable or acceptable answer."
9/5/14 - And of course I have heard nothing back. I have repeatedly called their customer service # and no one answers. I just sent another email today and sent in a complaint to the Better Business Bureau in Indiana.

I Love Them
I felt I needed to write this review. I never write them normally! I bought 4 for my holiday! Was a little concerned after reading these reviews but I actually love them!
I was concerned about having to wear a costume while the rest of the holiday party wear their bikinis ! I can't wear them!
But these swim dresses look amazing and I will look just as lovely as they are so pretty!

Worst Experience Ever!!! Do Not Shop Here!
I placed my order but received email stating i entered my cc wrong. So i did it again and got the same thing. Tried calling customer service but only got recording. I'm guessing this is a 1 woman gig. Then an hour later got 2 messages stating my order went through so now I've been double charged. Called my bank and put a stop to it. My bank tried calling as well and had no way to reach them. I paid extra for quick shipping but only received 1 out of 4 suits. I ordered 3 weeks ago so i emailed and said i wanted my money back and the response i got was...we send right away (Asian dialect) it caught up in chicago..we not return money not our fault!" This place is an absolute rip off joke! Keep your terrible service out of america if you can't live up to the standard in which we live by.
ps...still haven't received money or suits!

Don't Even Think About It...
Swimwear PLace is a total rip-off. I ordered a suit and paid $18.95 extra shipping to have it for a trip to Mexico. Didn't arrive on time. I returned the suit within the 60 day time-frame, and it took so long to process, they said that it didn't arrive in time and had to give me a store credit. Of course, they charged me the !8% restocking fee. I will continue to fight this all the way to the top. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Beautiful Swimsuits...to Bad They Wont Fit When They Arrive
I purchased four suits from Swimwear place for a holiday to Mexico. Using their size charts, I carefully measured myself arrived at a size M-XL. I was really excited when they arrived - the suits were beautiful - great colours and good quality. One suit fit - the other three did not - way too small (not even close!). I was so disappointed. Cost me 18% of purchase price to return for restocking fee plus CAD $30 shipping to get the suits back to them. No I have no suits for my holiday. Would not order again.
