I was searching the internet for a particular sweater (Bench), and I found it on Sunrise Direct! A picture can't tell you everything off course so I searched the web for some more pictures of the same sweater. I was a bit nervous about the color(but the pictures on Sunrise Direct were realistic and correct). I was really impressed by the fantastic customer service! I had a question about the delivery and my email was answered personal and very fast. The delivery was also absolutily fast and correct(the Belgium postoffices can learn from you! ;-) My parcel arrived well packed and my sweater fits perfect!! A highly recommented e-store! I have used Sunrise many times and think it is a fantastic site which offers many brilliant products. However, I think that it would be useful to know the sizing more accurately since the sizing across different brands does vary. Still, when I have needed to return an item, the refund has been very swift and efficient and I would recommend Sunrise to friends.

For a small independent retailer, I was really impressed with the quality of their website. I had a few questions about colours and sizes in stock and all of my emails were answered promptly and efficiently. It felt like I was buying from someone I knew, not a faceless website. My parcel arrived (beautifully wrapped in tissue!) just days after I placed my order - really fast service and the delivery charges were really reasonable too. I only wish I had discovered Sunrise Direct years ago!
