This is the first time I've used Sunglassesuk and I have to say that I'm really impressed with the level of customer service and support that the company provide.

I felt I just had to share my great experience of this online store as people are too quick to have a moan when something goes wrong but dont seem quick to dish out praise when its deserved.

I decided to treat myself to a new pair of sunglasses and was worried about falling for fake brands, but after a friends recommendation I had a look at sunglassesuk.com and I was not disappointed.

It is so refreshing to be able to ring an online store for advice and get to speak to a real life person! In this instance that real life person was a lovely girl called (name removed) who was extremely helpful and friendly. She advised me of how long I would have to wait for delivery of my 'must have' sunglasses. To my absolute terror my parcel didnt arrive when she said it would so I phoned 'real life' (name removed) and once again, nothing was too much trouble. She tracked my parcel down and I am now very happy to own a lovely sparkly pair of Tiffany sunglasses (I found it hard to choose from all leading brands on the website!)

So all that is left to say is a big 'thankyou' to (name removed) at sunglassesuk.com and I might just send her a postcard :O)
